Breakfast was great...they always kept the buffet full and since the hotel was totally booked that was a lot of people to feed. Area is great. I've stayed here several times and always good and I feel the area is safe with lots of restaurants.
At checking the one female desk worker was not very friendly and spoke so softly behind the desk that I couldn't hear her. I even asked if she'd speak up and she didn't. She never even smiled. Customer service was definitely lacking and didn't give a good first impression.

our room was beautiful
we loved the size of the room!!!
bed was comfy and i always LOVE when there are extra blankets
nice workout room with good selection
our bathroom sink only had warm/hot water
the threshold between the restroom and the hall was uneven because of the tile and it was awkward and i felt like i kept stepping on it with bare feet-toilets were super low-but all minor things really -breakfast was just average
