Staff was lovely, couldn’t ask for nicer people

We were placed on a floor were there was a water main break and the rooms were all being aired out We understand things happened but where surprised there wasn’t a single room and any other floor We booked a king, but was given two queens, which we managed with but wasn’t ideal and we weren’t offered any compensation for the inconvenience Also the furniture in the room was all marked up and dated We stayed at 3 other Hyatt hotels on our trip and they were all beautiful, so we booked this Hyatt as our last stop and it was comparable to a comfort inn at best There also was no room service or restaurant on site which was surprising

The property seemed nice and well kept for the most part.

I booked this hotel specifically because he had a pool for my son to swim in, it was a very large part in our trip. About a half hour we got there we were informed they had to shut down the pool because the lock on the door to enter the pool area wasn’t working correctly. Very disappointed, the front desk girls working that evening were really no help at all.

Exceptional clean and people were very nice.

The rooms were clean and meet my expectations. The breakfast was very good.

That there is not enough space for cats during the check in process.

Breakfast offered enough choices to cover most peoples tastes. Location was walkable distance to multiple restaurants.

The website led you to believe there was an onsite restaurant and bar as well as a take and go area with sandwiches, etc. There were a few items to purchase at exorbitant prices( like $5.00 for one cookie), but not to the extent that the website led you to believe.I also was disappointed the room did not have a microwave. For the price, I felt that should have been included.

Room was clean and comfortable.

TV reception was spotty, with regular interruptions.

The shower head didn't cover much area and the hose was partially broken so water got everywhere. Also couldn't get the TV to connect to YouTube on my phone

The breakfast was okay.

The location was inconvenient. This Hyatt was an older building and for a name brand hotel, it seemed as if the rooms would have been remodeled, It was also difficult finding a place to eat within walking distance.

The rooms were clean. The hotel was in a good location. The staff at the desk at the start of the visit was really efficient.

The three women standing around at the desk at the check out was very unprofessional. Just interested in talking among themselves rather than attending to me. Then we were double charged for the room. Disappointing

Great location for the Steelers game! All staff was wonderful especially Dave the parking attendant who helped us out with everything and was very knowledgeable about the history of Pittsburgh and the Steelers stadium!

facility was a little run down compared to the last time we stayed. our kids did not end up using the pool because it was extremely cloudy. The hotel was very pricey as well, but we still decided to stay due to convenience in location.

When we arrived, there was dirty towels in the room, the bathroom must not have been cleaned properly as there was hair and dirt on the floor and the provided soaps were empty. There was also other signs of improper cleaning through the room.

The room cleaner was asked to postpone the room cleaning by an hour. She agreed and never showed up after that. We had to replace the towels ourselves and the room was not cleaned.

Convenient to museums, eateries, and river attractions. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. A+++ for the staff.

We were looking for a place close to PNC field, walking distance to good restaurants and night life, and a place we could park safely. This checked all of the boxes at a reasonable price. ALL of the staff were excellent! And... there was breakfast. We'll be back

Walking distance to Major League Ballparks and Science Museum. Very friendly staff.

Very specific to our stay the key cards were getting switched out and interrupted getting ready in the AM. And CONSTRUCTION outside too early in the morning when we needed to sleep in. Otherwise, it was a great value for walking distance to the ball park.

The location was close to our meeting location and is in a good spot. The room was clean and comfy.

Breakfast was not something I enjoyed. There were not many options to choose from. In addition, we requested a late checkout and was rejected for no specific reason. It was clear, in my opinion, that the person on the reception was not friendly and just rejected our request for not reason. A smile goes a long way in showing friendliness, not hanging up on us when ringing the bell in the parking entry when asking for entry instead of informing us that there is a main entrance that we should use (which we didn't know about.

The bed was decent.

Hotel is outdated & rooms were well used and dirty. No trash bags in my room. Tv was not in line with the bed. Ice machines don’t work. Staff was less than helpful at night & with another guest begging for money.
