Wonderful employees, nice greeting and support as we checked in. Comfortable room with everything we needed. Close to attractions.
Breakfast room was over crowded. Outside front entrance seats were wet and some trash in the morning. A little more attention to detail would have been nice, but overall it was very nice.

Clean rooms!!
Parking on this weekend was terrible, paid $16 a night to park & couldn’t park on Saturday night. Had to pay extra for everything. TV channels for the price was terrible. Windows on the bayfront were filthy. Said it had hot tub & it was a whirlpool that wasn’t on till weekend & was not clean during my trip.

Rooms were clean, Parking was not expensive, food was good
The staffing in the restaurant was poor, for Labor Day weekend, they should have had more staff. We had to wait firstly to get seated for breakfast, as we were not told we should make a booking for breakfast and there would be a potential wait, for the first day we had to wait 20 mins for a table. For the second day we make a reservation, but because they were short staffed it took 15 mins for someone to take our orders, the food then took 45 mins, so for breakfast it took is an hour.
Tables were not being cleared after the people left, and I cleared plates were attracting bugs. The restaurant service needs to do better
