This was the greatest hotel experience I have had in a long time and I travel a lot!! We were in town for a convention ands when I tell you this hotel could not be more accommodation, I’m not kidding! Anthony at the front desk, the other Anthony ands Bob at valet were superstars! They made sure every question I had was answered with a smile and kind tone, if I so much as wondered something, they could make it happen. I had never been to Cleveland before and they made me want to come back ASAP! I will only stay at this location because of them and the rest of the staff, I cant remember everyone’s name, but these 3 guys stood out on a exceptional level, thank you to whoever hired these men, they truly are the absolute best!
I loved everything!

Room smelt musty and room wasn't ready when we checked in

The location was ideal for our planned activities and the rates were decent.
I asked 2x for coffee cream in the room and never received it.
