This place was beautiful. The staff was really friendly and the location was perfect. I can't wait to come back in the summer of 2028. By the way, the pools and gym were great, a mini resort in the heart of Newport Beach, we loved it.

A long term parking option, I would like to spend 2 weeks here in the future but I don't like the $50 a night parkng. You asked.

Great swimming pools and nicely laid out gardens. The outside breakfast spot was lovely.
The room was quite basic and considering the price we paid, I had expected better. Also, the bathroom looked tired and was very small. But the fact that we had to pay $42 a day to park our car put a bit of a downer on our visit, although I knew that there was a fee before we booked. However, it just seems outrageous to me that the car park is not free for guests.

The pools were nice. Pretty grounds.
We went here specifically for the pools. Check in is at 4pm and the waterslide closes at 5pm.
Parking situation is bad and very far to walk. Arriving as a guest, you have to pull up to the front and get a parking pass or room key. Upon checking out, I was told I would be charged me $45 for the parking?
The room's A/C had a leak directly over an electrical outlet our charger was plugged into. I told the front desk and she just told us she would notify someone. That is a serious hazard! I had two kids with me as well.
