Location, room.
The man at the front desk who checked us in kept insisting he could not take the credit cards offered because they were not American. He charged me for both rooms. The following day, the woman at the front desk did use their cards successfully-one card for each room and put a credit card in for my card why h came through immediately.

The property was very clean. Great location.
The front desk staff is rude. Many reviews say the same. We tried to buy water but front desk receptionist said credit card reader wasn’t working. Air conditioning in room kept turning on and off and barely worked. Room was too hot and air conditioning wasn’t working properly.
