Reasonably priced, great bfast options, quiet and clean

The room was beautiful and clean and comfortable. The king bed was excellent. The bathrobes are luxurious. We used them for blankets.

We usually open the windows at night, and that is not possible here. Also, the room darkening curtains did not close all the way, so the lights from the parking lot came into our room. Also, we did not like the over-stuffed, giant pillows. We asked for a flatter pillow but they did not have them, nor blankets. We asked for pillowcases and we put them on the chair cushions, which were smaller. We asked that the room service not change our pillow arrangements and every day they came in and reversed what we had done. We asked that room service not come in at all, but they still came in.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The room seemed unfinished, like there may be some construction happening or needed. the elevator was out and the hot water for a period of time. The curtains also didn’t fully close and our room overlooked a parking lot with streetlights on all night.

The hotel is excellently located in the nice town of Westfield. The hotel also offers parking.

Unfortunately, it seems like the hotel is understaffed. The roomed could use some deeper cleaning since there were a number of crevices with dust build up. The air conditioning units also don't look well maintained. It's always a disappointment when hotel room TV isn't equipped with modern streaming services. One of the handles for the bathroom sink was loose. The bedside outlets were only on one side. The hallway ice machine is audible and the rooms are not very soundproof in general.

We LOVED the location to all the restaurants. We could hear the people above us. The bathroom door in room 226 really needs to be greased--very squeaky. Breakfast was good. Staff mostly there but not always at the desk when we needed them. Also loved the very nice standup shower and the whole renovation looks great.

We live in the southwest so the $255/night price was a lot for us. Wish there was an outdoor space to gather (we were very short on time, so perhaps there was and we missed it). Also wished very much for a shuttle to Newark Airport.

Location was great. Room was comfortable and clean. Included breakfast was good with numerous choices to select ftom.

Pillows were too big and puffy. Bathroom sink did not have enough counter space to lay out toiletries.
