The room was nice and clean; beds were comfortable and there was a coffee machine. There was enough soap, shampoo and conditioner. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The restaurant was closed except for breakfast.

The location was great. It was an ol old hotel but that was the charm of it. They had a band playing in the lobby. They were not pushy about selling drinks and food and we were able to enjoy the music.
It would have been nice if they had kept the spa open past 3:00 p.m. We only stayed for one night and arrived shortly after this. I really wanted to try a traditional hot springs bath but was sadly out of luck.

The lobby, location and potential of the hotel are awesome. The staff were very professional and courteous.
The extra "resort fee" was unexpected and almost a joke. Cucumber water was the only amenity we saw. The bathroom would not have cut it at an old motel 6 and the pool was flat dangerous with all the broken tiles. Speed up the renovation to make this worth it.
