You guys charge me double I canceled the reservation through you and it's still on my credit card even though I got a confirmation that it was canceled and you called the hotel and told them it was canceled it's still on my credit card and worse than that that's ruining my debt to income ratio and the only problem I have with the hotel is the room should be bigger
That there are no sofas or anything in the suite

Very close to NASA.
The facilities within the room were disappointing. There was a kitchenette but nothing in it!! The man who greeted us was very unfriendly.
