The room was dirty and smelled. The overall facilities were not well maintained.

The bath tub shower handle was broken so i almost slipped and fell

Bathroom toilet was not clean. Bed blanket and sheets had dirt spots on them.

The location and the staff were great!
we found roaches in our room mainly the bathroom is where they were found I stayed a total of two nights and both nights I killed some in the bathroom I hid the bugs from my children so they wouldn’t freak out but I wouldn’t stay here again it was not as clean as I thought!

Was okay for my husband just for a place to sleep for 1 night
The handle on the bath tub faucet was broken . Once you turned it on , you had to use a rag to turn it off.

Nice size room. Nicely de orated. Comfortable beds.
Cleanliness, dirty, coffee machine dirty, shower handle totally broken off and had to figure out how to use it. Carpets dirty.

No breakfast, did not see any nor was I told about breakfast, the morning of checkout there was nothing there in the breakfast area well maybe some coffee which I don't drink.
The linen was not clean and white and did not smell fresh had some stains that was very visible return the linen and ask for some more also the towers will not clean and white and did not smell fresh, maybe they need to use some Clorox or stronger detergent.

My towels were dirty bed was itchy I didn't even stay the night there. I left at 5pm
The smell of room. The towels could have been clean and the bed may have bed bugs because something bit me.

no breakfest and location was fine
Bugs in one of the rooms. A lot of noise and drunks out side the room in walking way of entrance to our rooms and hotel did nothing to stop it. Had to deal with them all night.

The pool that was advertised was black and over grown. The “dinning room” for the breakfast had a total of 2 protein bars.. lol. The owners live in the office area and we stood there 10 minutes hitting the bell and yelling for help.

The bed was not uncomfortable. The cleaning staff were okay. Said hi and brought towels. There was not much else to like.
We booked for the pool so my wife would have someplace to sit outside while I was at an annual dog trial in the area. Pool was half full and green and closed with equipment strewn about. The picture online is false advertising. She sat in the parking lot. There was no cold water and an old bucket under the sink to catch leaks. When we tried to use it to get cold water from the tub faucet the bucket had a hole so water went everywhere and then it broke in half. Filthy laundry room. No fridge till the second day. Asked if they could freeze our ice packs for our journey they said yes, then didn’t, then the manager yelled at us and said he’d done us a favour letting us have our little dog in the room- which we had paid extra for!! Went to get ice. No ice. Went to get coffee. No coffee. Dirty grounds. Just a neglected looking awful place.

The rooms were dirty, very filthy. I paid 900.00 for two rooms, and bugs, no phone. Terrible stay.
