Very clean hotel, everything in good and working condition, ice machine always full, pool clean, very friendly staff, beautiful safe beach
I didn’t like staying on the “pool side of the hotel” because although you still had a beautiful ocean view you couldn’t see down the right side of the boardwalk or much of the pier. Also the hotel next door kept floodlights on the beach all night long—the natural dark is much prettier.

Clean hotel and nice room setup with everything in working condition- very reasonable rate for balcony overlooking the boardwalk / ocean.

We were on the very top floor and absolutely loved it! We had one of the small balconies but also had a bigger one with large lounge chairs and that was so nice! The bed was the most comfortable bed I’d ever slept on in a hotel!

Location was fantastic
Dingy, the building is in dire need of a makeover. The room was dark , the sink dripped, she needs a lot of help.
