Tanya the desk clerk was amazing. Lobby inviting and beautiful. Swim pool. Balconies with view. Rooms comfortable. Parking convenient. Walked to dine and shop. Excellent hotel.

There was women at the front desk named Tonya who is absolutely lovely. Very accommodating very kind. The room was fine. The facility seemed fine. I only stayed one night.

There was a woman at the front desk name Cynthia, who is horribly rude.

Great place to stay and location super close to everything.

Room entry door stuck hard to open. Patio door would not lock and heat not working properly. Maid service left door open while we were away.

Great location to Sun Valley as well as dining and shopping in Ketchum. Clean room.

Poorly advertised fireplace. It had a glow light and a tiny 3” blue flame. Nothing cozy about it. Tried to get someone to look at it and struggled to have front desk acknowledge it. Finally did have maintenance come and they said that was how it should be set. Trying to save on gas or safety feature, I don’t know. But definitely wouldn’t advertise that as a fireplace when you’re going for cozy mountain vibe.

The room with two balconies and a fire place was great.

The heat was hard to control on the third floor. It was always hot. Slept with the window and door half open for half of the night with the heating and cooling system off

Very nice pool are and rooms.

Wish the local bus service to ski lift picked up more often than once per hour. Also desired cafe latte or cappuccino to be available in breakfast restaurant.

Everything was great. We liked everything.

Beautiful property and beautiful rooms. We had a room with a full kitchen, which was very well stocked. Anything that needed attention was quickly dealt with by the staff. I won’t stay anywhere else in Ketchum.
