All was perfect the room smelled lovely and was great and comfortable. Great older lady at the reception was super helpful professional and polite. Other hotels could learn from you guys!

The breakfast was a continental breakfast, as expected.
It was served early (6 am) which was very helpful.
The fresh fruit was a nice touch.
Please don't use plastic Utensils, Styrofoam cups and paper plates.

The pool
The fact one towel got stained, and at first they tried to charge me $300 for the towel. And then they charged me $200 for the towel, and didn't bother to tell me until I asked him why they were adding charges to my card. The communication was very poor during the weekend. The lady that ran the front desk kept giving me dirty looks every time. I come up there and then she is the one that tried the $300 and then $200 for a $10 towel.
And they refuse to give my two hundred back
