Room was clean.
Internet not working. Water pressure VERY low in both the evening and the next morning. Air conditioner was very loud, must be on its last legs.

It’s nice it’s close to the fair ground
Drug addicts staying coming and going all hours through the night. I was in a room and friends in another room and said the same thing. Continental breakfast wasn’t open in the morning.

The lobby never opened for breakfast it said it was to be open at 6am but we left at 6:45 and it was still closed. Check in was listed at 12pm but wasn't actually until 2pm came back at 4pm and our room still hadn't been cleaned.

My buddy and I are train nuts, so loved when the trains ran by and we could see them. Breakfast had cereal, fruit, bagels, bread, milk, pop tarts, orange juice, muffins.
Sunday morning, shower took a bit of time to warm up, housekeeping should have put fresh towels in room, when they removed the used towels on a 2 day visit.

Price was reasonable
Bed was horrible. You could feel the coil springs. Pillows horrible and the door had gaps along the bottom. Light would shine though.

sink spattered and got counter wet. Suggest an aerator type fawcet nozzle.

The staff is so friendly!!! All the amenities are perfect and the price is unbeatable!

Convenient location though that comes with lots of traffic noise
Bed and pillows were old and hard. Total lack of effort to repair old damage- large hole in bathroom door, Flooring damaged and stained.
Felt like I should photograph the damage so I couldn’t be blamed for it.

Bed was very comfortable. We were in the back of the building and it was very quiet, a couple trains went thru but didn't last long. The only thing that took away from the value was the breakfast. We have stayed in many hotels with about the same price with at least some juice and fruit. We appreciated all the grab bars in the tub area.
