It was all fine but over priced
The hot tub was never cleaned, water was discolored and had pubic hair floating in it

Friendly staff, very clean
The beds were super super uncomfortable, the pillows were very very thin.

When we checked in, the receptionist told us that booking had reserved us a smoking room & there were no non-smoking rooms available, so we ended up staying in a stinky smoke room.

The breakfast was adequate in quality but not well supplied or tended. It was nice to have hot gravy for the cold biscuits.
Did not like going to sleep feeling fine but waking up covered with little red bites! The whole place smelled bad and was in need of paint and upkeep. It was dirty!

Clean, updated since the last time that we stayed in 2017.
Located in a charming town, close to everything. The overlook of Red Wing (in the Memorial park) is amazing, and not to be missed. Comfy bed and pillows.

We didn’t have breakfast, we went somewhere else.
The fact I paid $149.00 for a room that should have been a whole lot cheaper! Burn holes in the bedspreads on both beds! Room was not very clean. When I opened the door to go in I was absolutely speechless! Shocked at the price for the room!

We had a mini fridge. We had a microwave. Pool. Breakfast was alright
The sheets had marks all over. We didn't have enough towels. Burn holes in all the blankets. We had 4 people and not enough shampoo or conditioner.

I booked here cuz i wanted a pool n hot tub and they were not in working order...the bedding had burnholes in it...there wasnt enough towels or any of that for 2 ppl...no ashtrays for being a smoking room

The pictures look nothing like the rooms. We checked in into our room, we were given a smoking room which was absolutely horrific. We aren’t smokers and it was unbearable. There were cigarette burns in the duvets. We checked out a couple hours later to save ourselves from the miserable stay. Do not book here.

I had to go into the helps closet to get the rooms supplies. whirl pool broken. bathroom sink broken this hotel needs updates. windimir properties should have a higher standard this hotel is not it. I spoke with manager and got a discount on my rate 15% should have been more but better than nothing. honestly I cried because I expected better I was traveling alone for a break by myself

Literally the most discussing building I’ve ever been inside of. I’d rather sleep in a ditch than a place where nothing is washed or clean. Burn holes everywhere, blood on the sheets and peoples hair all over the place. Have 30 pictures of things that are beyond unacceptable. Would go out of my way to say this place should be shut down.
