Nice room
Front desk staff talking to one person (think it was another employee) about changes coming to hotel. Sounded like the hotel might be shutting down? Lots of gossip type discussion during multiple passes by front desk.
Limited breakfast options as restaurant on property is only open for 1.5 hours.
Very happy our business in the area is concluded so we don't have to go back.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was up to expectations. I liked the beds the best. They were really comfortable. The parking was really nice as well.
I kept hearing a clicking noise all night. I couldn't quite figure out where it was coming from. I tried to figure it out and I think it was the refrigerator.

Being able to listen to outside music.
I went on line to get a room, I feel I didn't get the room that I was looking at and booked. Instead of getting a Lakeside view, got a parking lot view. Booked it 4 months in advance. The Casino was smaller than I remembered it being. There was no continental Breakfast. Food Prices were high. Have stayed at other places that had Free snacks (pop chips) ect: No Pool-Hot tub. The couch and chair in the room were Dirty looking !!, The mosquitos were terrible in the parking lot....No coffee pot available,

Comfortable bed and good pillows
Dated property. Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. The woman at the check in counter was quite rude and short with other guests.

Great place to stay. Beautiful amenities. Restaurant and staff were top notch. Room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Views were nice too. Casino was okay...

bad hamburgers warm salad the night before.we did not what to try breakfast.

The rest of the staff. Everyone was rude, un friendly. I didn't see a single person smile. When you walk up to anyone for a question it was like you were bothering them. Clearly the moral was bad. Management problem. Fix it.

Lost $ at casino So thought I would try my luck at the vending machine up by my room seen a couple of bags of chips stuck thought if got 1 or 2 they push was wrong lost 7 $in there too so no luck any machines

The room was nice but the bed was horrible I couldn't even hardly get out of bed cause of my back
The elevators and carpets were very dirty in the hotel area they need cleaned badly

Good location
Comforter was dirty. Liquid makeup from previous person was still on mirror. Empty toilet paper roll left on toilet paper holder. Staff did not know hours of buffet and gave incorrect information. Disappointed there was no microwave or coffee pot in room.

Reasonably clean, kind of. Staff on duty warmed up eventually. Really nice shower stall.
Staff was mediocre, but not too bad. Reservation was messed up, but she quickly fixed it once I showed her on my phone. She was not very welcoming at first, but eventually warmed up. Hot tub closed. No form of continental breakfast, which is unheard of at the room expense. As my scale indicates, it was a place to crash, but not much else. No microwave, no breakfast.... expect to pay for a 4.5 start hotel with the amenities of a Motel 6 (and even they usually offer a little breakfast as you leave). Also should add that the chair in my room looked like it was stolen from a trap house. I wouldn't sit on it or place any of my luggage on it, which then made me wonder exactly how clean the rest of the room was. Couldn't imagine paying over $100 a night for a room that had a ratty, filthy looking chair in it. I am not really that hard to please when it comes to overnight stays at a hotel while traveling, but this was more than a little disappointing, especially considering there is a casino. They usually are the nicer ones.

It was a very long walk to the casino from the motel for an elderly person. However the staff was very accommodating. They brought a wheel chair to take a family member back and forth.

Highway Access.
Mildew smell throughout the whole floor. receptionist very crude when greeting customers. “what can I do for you” whenever you appeared at the desk for assistance.
