breakfast was lacking, they didn't have much to offer, and i was expecting just , more variety and a traditional breakfast. Don't expect much from the breakfast, go out and get breakfast.

The room had a slight, SLIGHT musty smell, but that went away as soon as the AC really kicked in. Honestly it didn't bother me at all, but that's up to each person how much it bother them.

Very loud TV /music Noise coming from adjacent room (through internal link door) at 4am right through to past 7am - zero sleep I went to night security to assist, who apparently made his way to the end of the corridor and because he couldn't hear any thing from a distance through much better fitting external door... Went back to his cell phone No one helped a bit nor the manager ever contacted me. Almost confirmed by the good employee that, (Stephen - manager) never will actually call me to resolve! Just a Money grab even though hotel has customer commitment charter posted up. They didn't really care Worse, the room had very rusty bare exposed sharp metal strip protruding from base of bathroom door surround...cut your foot on that, strong chance of infection Big bacteria build up all over shower cubicle and dead flies on its ceiling from other guests Some one (staff) out side the window smoking so we couldn't get fresh air into room by opening a window. We was round the back of property, so an easy hide spot for them to do it Just a bad place, money spent better elsewhere

Location and parking were great

Room was musty, and a little out dated. The breakfast was not good. Seemed a little pricey for the conditions.

The staff was very professional upon check-in. Knowledgeable and welcoming. It was a great start. The room smelled as if it had just been cleaned ceiling to the floor. Overpowering smell of pine-sol. That was not the case. See below please.

I would love to provide photos of the filth. The last residents drinks were still left in the smelly fridge. Sugar was hardened on the counter. Omg the amount of stuff under the microwave!!! I don't use sugar, so it wasn't me. Smeared stool on the bottom of the bathroom door. The shower gasket layered with mold and filth, hanging off of the shower door. The shower door with "I don't know what's on it. I was there for a funeral so I made it work but there is a problem. Upon check out, a man asked how our stay was. I assumed a manager. I started to explain and felt as if he deliberately cut me off and acted unconcerned. In the middle of explaining my issues saying, "Have a good day." He tried to explain that they only do housekeeping on demand. I explained it wasn't our housekeeping. We needed a clean room upon arrival.
