Hard uncomfortable beds

Breakfast was poor. Room was clean and big but there was a kitchenette and the room smelled because of the food there had been cooked.

it was close to restaurants and shopping and the staff was nice.
The room was very outdated, the refrigerator was very dirty on the outside and we were charged a lot of money because of the graduation at ISU. Will never stay here again.

The door locked.
Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. Room kitchen area was dirty especially the fridge. Room needed paint touch ups.

It was quiet. Staff was OK
The outside of the refrigerator was a mess. The bottle of shampoo was extremely small. The towels were small. The fitted sheet kept popping off during the night.

When I booked the room, there were 3 rooms available with a king bed. When I got to the Hotel 15 minutes later, they said the Hotel was overbooked and that I would need to pay an upcharge to get a different room with 2 double beds. Bait and Switch. The floor of the room was so dirty, that when I walked from the bed to the bathroom, my feet were black. I will never stay here again.

The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Great location and value. Highly recommend.
Hotel room carpets could be cleaned, but overall pretty great.

Trash piled up in the stairwell. The rude lady that was suppose to be at the front desk on 3rd shift that wasn’t there
