The breakfast was great and the owner showed up with his dog and he answered some historical questions we had, which was fine with us.
It smelt like there was a slight gas leak in the bathroom.

Its unique, charming and has the greatest customer service. Great location if you are visiting the Obama Presidential Center.

Everyone was very kind and amazing to interact with. The room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was freshly prepared every morning for each guest. The area seemed pretty safe, and taxi/uber pickup was easy enough.
There were very limited options for breakfast, and most of the time the eggs were undercooked. The room looked clean on the surface, but further inspection lead to extremely filthly areas under the bed and stains on the sides of the mattress. The bed itself was very uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep. The Wifi was very slow, and the TV only worked becuase previous guests had already been logged in. Building security was not satifactory.
