The bed

Breakfast was just waffles and a jug in bucket of ice. After being seen more then once by desk people keep confirming every time we would Come back in or leave if we really had a room it’s nice to know they ask but every time when you were seen more then once not sure.

The accommodation were adequate I enjoyed the stay.

The room was very comfortable

Light on table didn't work I didn't put my do not disturb sign on door left and the linen wasn't changed hair on bed that let me know that the maids didn't change the linen in the room I reserved killed two roaches in bathroom it will be a very long time be fore I think about coming back charged me a 157 dollars I should for that filthy room I should be getting a refund to whom this may concern no I'm not happy until something gets done about it

The room was nice

It said it had a pool and spa but the pool was closed which they didn't say nothing about it and couldn't find the spa they had very little for breakfast

It says they have an indoor pool, yet it wasn't open. Was pretty disappointed for the price we paid... Not worth the stay!

The location is ideal, it's close to food places like IHOP. The lady at the front desk was warm and welcoming. Easy access to the interstate.

Room had an old moldy /musty odor to it. Fruit flies were flying around or gnats maybe in the room. NO BATHTUBS. ONLY WALK IN SHOWERS. NO POOL OR HOT TUB AVAILABLE (unlike other Super 8 locations). Best to stay only one night. Wasn't terrible but not the best.

That I didnt have an option of getting the second night refunded back to me. The pool is closed but had film covered water in it. The rooms were not that clean. I asked for extra towels and the night guy checking us in said the maid area was locked. No extra blanket or pillow available. When asked to get the 2nd night refunded, the clerk told me I would have to go through my 3rd party booking agent when I was told he could fix it. It was a spacious room but I needed more blankets and towels and was told I was out of luck due to the items being locked up in the maid quarters. Then I also go a room key that would not open the door, it kept getting caught up on something but got it fixed the next day. Same evening clerk also thought I was smoking in my room also which never happened. It was just a terrible experience that could have been turned around by the staff at this location. The night clerk was great. That's about it.

The room stunk. But was cool like the night clerk turned the ac on for us since I booked online. No breakfast really worth mentioning other than cereal.
