I liked that they had coffee 24/hours a day
I did not like the staff is not very attentive, the sheets had a blood stain and the cleaning staff did not change it. Also the smoke alarm was on every second it was turning on the staff did nothing to fix it and we had a very bad night, we couldn't sleep because of that annoying noise.

noise! people running around on 3rd floor till 1am. Doors slamming until 3am. No sound buffering.

Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in at 1:30 am after driving all day, it was dirty from the last guest users so we had to move upstairs. We were in our new room upstairs less than 20 min and the front desk called us to say our kids were being too loud! Breakfast was closed by 9am so we weren’t even able to feed our children after driving for 14 hours. Then we asked for a late checkout being that we hadn’t gotten much sleep and had another 12 hour long drive the next day and the front desk and housekeepers harassed us til we left then tried to charge us cause we didn’t get out quick enough. Smh

This really was one of the best hotel stays I've ever had...All the hotel staff are just wonderful...checking that everything is good for you...Always smiling, always ready to help, accommodating, attentive to your needs...just a very cohesive staff. I really had a pleasant stay there. Thanks again!
I think say a nice outdoor leisure sitting area would be nice.

Air cond unit in room was extremely loud - not a deal breaker!

Ac wouldn’t stay on it would error after 10 mins of running and turn off shower took 30 mins to get warm water

The breakfast was very good and the staff was very accommodating. We will definitely stay here the next time we travel to Fabens/ElPaso.

They have a great breakfast, menu changes. It’s clean and smells clean. Super friendly staff.
The rooms are dated, can’t open the window. WiFi can be slow.

It was just a normal room. Not terrible, ok

There was an odd smell in the hallway that only got worse once we were in our first room. I complained and we were moved to another room. The smell was just as bad. It was late so we had to stay. The bathroom was in bad shape and pool / hot tub was even worse (see photos). We will not be staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay. the room was clean, the beds were confortable and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again.

The extra security for wifi was a bit of a let down, coudn't connect my chromecast to the tv

Coffee was good, fancy waffle maker for the kids as well as toppings Is always a plus!
Breakfast should end at 11am. Only because Saturday nights tend to be busy and people stay out late. Also check out is at 11, would be a good idea to be able to eat breakfast prior to departing and vice versa.
