The staff was fantastic & the hotel location was convenient for getting to activities in the area.
My room had an ant infestation. The front deak was notified & a maintenance employee was sent to my room with bugs spray. The problem waa alieved only temporarily. And my accessible room lacked a handheld shower in the bathroom although a shower chair was provided. It only had a standard shower head. The lack of a handheld shower with only a shower chair in an accessible bathroom poses a serious safety hazard! The front desk advised no other accessible rooms were available.
I've requested a credit to be issued to the card used to pay for my reservation because of these issues but haven't heard back from Booking.com. Paying almost $1k for my stay & for this to be my experience is unacceptable. I was told because I didn't book directly with the hotel that a credit issue would have to be resolved with Booking.com. I have pictures & videos!
