Location, nice hotel. Clean. Staff was good. Lots of pillows.

The hot water in the bathroom did not work correctly.... made loud noises and was only a dribble of water coming out. IT took FOREVER to get the wifi to work. That was the biggest hassle!

Location, location, location! Beach restaurant was great too. Appreciate option to utilize facilities before checking in!

Rooms and resort could use some updating.

Our room was very comfortable and the beach views were great. We changed rooms at the start of our stay to get a better view and then changed again, adding a day, and got an ocean front room which was great. The pool was clean and inviting, beach access was great.

The curtains had some wear and tear, but that's to be expected at the end of the summer season. It would have been nice to have had beach chairs available for less than $40 each/day, especially for those who travel a distance.

It was in a good location. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The pool needed to cleaned more frequently. There was always lots of sand in it. There was musty smell in hallway. They had febreeze plugged in the outlets. Parking was so tight. There was an employee sitting beside the entry to the lot with a sign that said $20 parking. We stopped and told him we were staying at hotel and he said we didn’t have to pay. It was already tight parking and hard to find a place to park so we weren’t happy about the general public parking there and crowding the beach. Ice machine on our floor did not work our entire stay although the person at the front desk said it was fixed the previous day.
