We stayed here for a visit to K State Vet school-great location, easy checkin/out process. Typical hotel breakfast-not gourmet but can't complain-it's free. Good shower pressure. Would recommend.

Pet friendly with a nice park across the street. Our room overlooked the park was a plus. Instant hot water & a great shower. Comfortable bed. Tasty breakfast & coffee.

We had challenges with the TV. The desk clerk worked with us to finally get it working.

The breakfast was fine but would have liked more options for fruit, would have liked meat options like bacon. Over all though it was ok. Location is good. It is located in a neighborhood I used to live. Close to the campus and in the middle of town so easy access to any part of town on the south side.

The memory foam mattress and flat pillows were not for me. When they put in the new mattresses I thought I liked them but the more I stay I think I would prefer inner spring (plush firm). I am a side sleeper with aching joints and they don't seem to work for me as much as I would like.

Room was very poorly lighted. Considering everything else about the facility, that was a huge disappointment.
