Jennifer was very hospitable and very friendly. They brought us very good breakfast to our room. And the location was great! If I could have that experience every weekend I’d do it in a heartbeat!

Breakfast was good and served when we asked. Loved the mid century decor mixed up with modern. The room was very comfortable and cozy. View was okay with a little lanai off the room with a limited view of the river. All in all we enjoyed our stay there.

Parking can be awkward/ could get bottom of car dirty if needing to park on grass. Everything else is great.

Located right on the Indian River Lagoon, the setting is exquisite. The building itself is enchanting and we adored our experience from start to finish. Brett was so friendly and we appreciated the attention paid to our experience as a whole. The room was beautiful and so comfortable. Bath robes are a nice touch. The night manager Jennifer and her cat were so friendly also. We felt that anything we needed was right within reach. From the 24 hr customer assistance to the bar area this place has you covered. The private dock overlooking the lagoon was amazing. We had our breakfast on the dock and were able to see the dolphins. Brett gave us a guide to New Smyrna beach which was helpful also. We had a wonderful stay and have already reserved our spot for next year!
We are vegetarians and we loved the yogurt and fruit for breakfast. The only other breakfast option that day had sausage in it. We do eat eggs, so some option like eggs and toast or French toast would have been ideal, but the breakfast we had was very good! We appreciated the coffee and tea bar.

The location was really nice, right in front of the river. The building itself is beautiful.
When we checked in, the staff was super nice to us and they walked us to the room and show us everything.
They even brougth the breakfast to our room in the morning!!!

It is very clean and updated. I have never stayed at a B&B before, I would highly recommend staying here. The staff was very friendly and nice.

From the beginning the staff was friendly and accommodating to our very late check in as our wedding went late! They were so kind.
Beautiful rooms, very well equipped and furnished. It was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The whole building had a lovely aesthetic. It was a great wedding night location! We will definitely be coming back in future anniversaries.

Best place to stay especially if you fly out of Airgate!! Thank you thank you thank you for being so accommodating, having a beautiful place and most importantly being so completely honest while I’m blown away

I like the uniqueness of the resort and the staff was very nice and friendly. The location was convenient as it Is close to the main bridge to the beach and getting to the resort is very easy. Room service breakfast was included in stay which was nice.
There is really no designated parking but plenty of places to park. I stayed in room 301 and it was very nice but did not have a balcony and i liked the rooms I viewed online better. The breakfast was good but didn’t wow me and not as impressive looking as the photos of the food I viewed. I really liked the place but for the money (about $235 for a one night one person stay once taxes were added in) i expected a bit more. If I were to stay again i would probably book directly with the resort and request a different room with a balcony. The price is on the high end for a.New Smyrna Beach hotel that is not on the beach, it is across the bridge from then beach on the infra coastal.
