Sunrise from bedroom, modern apartment with big pool!
Nothing

On the plus side, the breakfast was generous, along with the location and the laundry service. However, in the end: poor value for money.
I had to wait a very long time for my room (1.5 h). In the room, we had a wet, smelly floor/carpet due to an air conditioning malfunction. The wait for the elevators is long.

Location is great
Before I arrived in New York, the manager cancel my booking while I was on the plane.
I was then downgraded and paid the same price. I managed to get the room I wanted the next day which was better.
The breakfast was the same everyday and very restricted.
