Was not impressed with the breakfast. Hardly no fresh fruits at all, no natural yoghurts (without added sugar)..

Blessing who was at the front desk and the staff at this hotel MADE the whole visit. The hotel was clean and comfortable but the customer service was the best. It was an incredibly busy weekend and the staff wasn't just kind, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They welcomed the kids and remembered us every time we came through the door.

Not much at all. Not up to usual Hampton Inn standards

No refrigerator, safe or microwave in room. No cleaning services offered unless requested. $20 parking fee. No carts available and desk clerk shrugged and said “No one is returning them downstairs-you will just have to carry your luggage up yourselves.”. Shower curtain didn’t cover the tub area. Pillow case had makeup or blood on it.

Situation for us was perfect. Friendly, helpful staff.

We would have liked to have a fan in our bathroom. We also are used to having a small refrigerator in our room. The room was small and we are used to having a sofa or a loveseat in our room.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff at check in. Could not find my reservation when I called to confirm. Blamed me for trouble with payment when the credit card that I made the reservation in June had expired in July and when I presented my new credit card (same number) they took over 25 minutes figuring out how to process my card all while my 84 year old mother waited to get to her room after a long day of travel. They never offered her a chair or seemed at all concerned about her. Hotel lobby and elevator were dirty. Nothing had changed when I picked up my mother in the morning.
