Staff was both friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Shower worked poorly. Took 10 minutes to warm up. I took a cold shower.

Lobby and elevators shabby/worn. Needs an update.

Paid for executive lounge and was NOT told that it wasn't available and was not notified that we could ask for an upgrade since we were memvers.

The location is outside and quiet, but you need a car. The room was spacey and the bed comfortable. Bathroom is small, but ok for one person.

This was our last stop after a 2 week round trip. We decided to spend the money for a 4-star hotel for 2 reasons: 1. we wanted to have a good breakfast and a breakfast, which was not served in one-way-dishes. -> Breakfast was not served in one way dishes :-) and the selection was ok, but in a German way of thinking, quiet poor for a 4-star hotel. The coffee was really the worst coffee compare with all the other coffees we hat in lower class hotels and motels. At the second morning, we asked for a cappuccino instead of the brewed coffee. But the answer was, that they only have brewed coffee. And when it comes to the price of this breakfast, it is getting ridiculous. This breakfast has not a value of 23$ / person! Room: The fridge was turned off (I guees due to the noice). After we turned it on and opened it, we couldn't trust our eyes. There was mold in it. I have added some pictures, because it sounds unbelievable. 2. we wanted to relax in the indoor pool on our last day in the US. -> By entering the indoor pool, we felt like we have booked a low budget motel. The hotel and so the pool is quiet old and must be renovated, but this is ok. BUT IT MUST BE CLEAN. The pool water was ok, but the surrounding .... see the pictures.

-we stayed 3 nights, did not get any cleaning at all. even after informing the front desk multiple times. -rooms were damp -elevator smelled old -other than Jennifer, everyone else at reception was not very friendly or helpful -quite poor facilities to get help from staff, for example to bring something to room

Location and the parking was free and very close and good security. Left our touring cycles on the rack without any concern.

Elevator and ice machine on our floor was broken

It takes for ever for the elevator to come, this may be due to other 2 elevators out of order.
