Good location and clean room

I liked very much

The breakfast.

Rude staff. Scummy rules. Weird policies. No refunds. Don’t go here. Don’t book in advance. These are the things that went wrong: The front desk guy smelled like smoke. He was cussing at me and telling me I was dishonest because something had gone wrong with the number of people who had booked. So he assumed the worst and immediately accused me of something that was just a technicality. He also said we would be charged a late fee + the full price of the room if we would come after 2:30. Fortunately, our traffic jam didn’t take that long. He also told me he was thinking about refusing us as guests… a young family that had been traveling all day, exhausted, just looking for a bed they booked in advance. His attitude was so hostile that I seriously get threatened, and he told me several times he’d get the manager which he didn’t. Please fire that guy. You don’t call people a liar. I didn’t even know about the number of people because my wife had booked it. He also pointed out that the cameras would verify if we had been lying. What is all this, man? Can we just get the room we paid hundreds of dollars for? Small tv, lobby smelled like cigarettes. Room is nothing special. Weird smell. And all of this when I went to the front desk to ask for sheets. Next time I guess I’ll just tell my kids to sleep on the mattress without sheets. They really need to fire that jerk. Breakfast was pretty good. So that’s a positive.

It was cheap

It smelled of smoke.. the bathroom door didn't open much or all the way

After driving for a few days, we really wanted to relax in the hot tub. It was Luke warm way to much chlorine on it. It burned my eyes, and the pool wasn't usable. That's why we stayed there, they should give a discount if you can't have access to the amenities they offer. After all that's why you pick a hotel.

Staff was friendly. Room was good for a rest stop. Breakfast and coffee provided was appreciated.

Lobby had strong marijuana smell when we first checked in.

Comfortable bed

Very small sink space. Poor breakfast. Uncomfortable pillows

The bed was comfortable

The lamps didn't work in the room. We couldn't change the remote didn't work we could not change the channels on the tv.

Its very cheap hotel, so no expectations. You get what you pay for and in addition you will find some very unfriendly staff ;) breakfast was very basic as everything else in the hotel.

guys, please try to reduce plastic. to offer plastic cups and plates for breakfast is just not very state of the art anymore. sadly its a general problem in the US, but why not being the first one buying a dishwasher for the kitchen and some real plates etc in order to reduce massive amounts of rubbish on a daily basis. thanks.
