Inn was in a great location, walk to a beach. Nice quiet neighborhood. Property is in very well kept condition. Bikes and beach chairs/umbrellas free with room rental. Happy hour everyday. Wonderful gourmet breakfast. Good recommendations from staff for local spots to visit. Early check in without a hassle. Large landscaped grounds.

It was a perfect cozy hotel for our anniversary. Very close to the beach, friendly owner and staff, relaxing hot tub and free bikes - everything made our stay very pleasant.

The location was perfect, so close to the water for a beach day. We loved using their bikes in the morning around the area and Adirondack chairs in the evening.

The breakfast was beautifully presented and hearty. The personal service and the visit from the owner was also a plus during breakfast. Everything was good and, I especially enjoyed the peach smoothie. I arrived on my birthday and was presented with chocolate dipped strawberries, and a special red velvet cupcake that was worth having another birthday for....better than good. The front desk staff were the nicest people I have met in a very long time, and the owner was equally charming.

We were extremely pleased with our room and it's decor. MaryAnn and Peg were very personable and it was nice to chat by the fireplace. We stayed in the Winter Room ... The full breakfast was fresh and generous and the dining area was very inviting.
