The coffee in the breakfast room was lukewarm.

Close and accessible to historic district.
The exterior was dirty and badly in need of a paint job. Rooms seemed okay, but due to the dirty exterior, we wondered how clean the rooms were.
Breakfast should have been spread around three walls instead of two so to get around. By the time we got through the line, our eggs and sausage sausages were cold. And then we couldn’t find a table.

Clean and affordable, except for the surprise charge for parking - $10 plus tax for parking that was not mentioned on the Booking.com website.
