Drury Inn & Suites Denver Tech Center

I really liked how close it was to the interstate and to other attractions. It also wasn’t a far commute to anything else you wanted to go do. I also liked that they had a free breakfast and dinner with accommodations to a free drink at your choosing, that’s pretty exceptional compared to other hotels I have stayed in before. The staff was over and beyond amazing, I never encountered a single employee who was not very professional and very attentive to their job.

What I didn’t like is upon arrival when getting our room I had booked through the booking app and had requested a first floor room, the women at the counter was very polite about telling me they were all booked and unfortunately when booking through one of the apps the messages don’t always come through. What I also didn’t like is that we were checking in at about 3:30pm, when we got to our floor to get into our room it was still being cleaned, which is fine but it made the cleaner rush her job which she was told to take her time we were not in a hurry, she did not properly clean the room, bathroom was still really dirty and hair was left in the drain and no garbage bags in the trash cans. I asked for the room to be cleaned one more time before we left on our 1 week stay and again the bathroom did not get cleaned there was still hair in the shower and an old rag left on top of the soaps, and again no garbage bags put in the cans. What we also didn’t like is the beds are way too soft and sinking in, I had a horrible time getting comfortable bc I kept sinking into the middle.

The room was clean and comfortable. Out of 3 hotels we stayed in on our trip to Colorado it was the most comfortable and the best price. They also include breakfast, dinner and 3 drinks.

I liked everything about it from the moment I booked it and checked in to the breakfast to the dinner and the lady that I talked to who was serving drinks who's been there since 2000. She told me about the Drury Inn and how great it was to work for.

I can't really think of anything that I didn't like.

It was great because they served breakfast and a dinner reception at night. I don't know of any hotel which offers that. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful, and the beds were very comfortable, too. It's also right off the freeway, which made it convenient to get around Denver and see the sights.

It was a very small thing, but the phone didn't work in the room, so it was difficult to get a hold of the front desk, etc.
