The location, cleanliness and value is good.
The breakfast is typical fare at a Hampton Inn. My wife, who has a high bar, did not think much of the eggs. Most hotels fare no better in this category, they prepare them and let them sit. I think Florida water has a slight odor (many do), but you just get used to it and move on. It's not a hotel thing, it's a "Florida thing".

It was clean
Oh, the bed was very lumpy. The pillows were lumpy.

Location was decent with many places around to eat and shop.
The bed was horrible. Springs squeaked in the mattress.
