Loved the convenience of going to the Padre game and having your own entrance. The hotel room was clean. It was my husband's birthday and we had cupcakes in the room for us which was a great treat! Staff was friendly
The hotel is a bit over priced. Our room was also not ready even though we checked in at 4 and we had to wait 45 minutes and were never sent a text saying it was ready we had to find out ourselves. We did get free drink tickets because of this. The pillows in the room are extremely uncomfortable and flat even with two of them. We are from San Diego so we dont usually stay downtown for a game but it was for an event at the padres and my husbands bday but we would normally not pay over 300+ in our own city (ot another city) per night for a hotel room

Very clean room and house keeping staff was exceptional, so warm and welcoming. The room was nice and the view was great.
The front desk staff was terrible. The staff that answer the phones were the worst of our whole stay.
