It always clean and nice

It was to loud noise for the ppl. Upstairs or next door. I was horrible it wasn't quiet n peaceful the banging and stomping early morning and late at night it was crazy seem it was royal rumble. I was no a conference call n was so embarrassed cause you can hear it like it was in my room

Didn’t eat at hotel

Hotel was shabby and being right next to highway was very noisy

There were only two issues. The ice machine was broken on my floor. And there was no diet sodas for sale in the lobby Other than that everything was great

AC broken room was terrible had several issues broken sink bathroom door falling apart

The bed and breakfast are good.

The AC did not work and the first night we could not sleep because we were not able to stop the fan from running. The next day we talked to the staff and he came and check and found the thermostat was not working. We asked to change a room and the answer was no. When we were checking out at 12:05pm and we were told we were late and there was an additional charge of $100. Although we were finally not charged, the way we were treated for being late for five minutes made me feel really bad.

Pool was green

Nothing in particular.

Room door lock malfunctioned. We had to keep going to front desk for someone to come and unlock it. They thought it was fixed, then the maintenance guy took the entire lock apart to fix it which took an hour. I asked if we could just change rooms but they did not entertain that idea.

The staff was great!
