Excellent welcome from the member of staff on duty when we checked in. She was very welcoming and friendly. She gave us all the information we needed about the hotel without us having to ask any questions. We couldn’t work out the heating in the bedroom if the suite, when we asked her what to do she immediately came to our room to show us.
Breakfast provided was very good, hot food was hot and quickly replenished. Good choice of pastries and bread products and excellent coffee 10/10

It was clean, the breakfast was good, there was a workout room, there was a pool, within walking distance to many stores and restaurants!
The pool room echoed SO BADLY we couldn't even hear each other from 10 feet away

Liked the cleanliness of the hotel and pool. The breakfast was good and the location of the hotel to everything is great.
The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Very dry in the rooms, need a humidifier in the rooms. Some of the staff were rude and not helpful.
Had to wait 35 mins past check in to get our room and some of our party got stuck in the elevator for about 10 mins
We've been staying here the last 5 years for girls weekend, not sure if that's going to continue after this stay
