It was in a good area and staff was nice.
The room had not been cleaned well at all. There was food on the floor, we found a mouth guard on the floor, hair in the shower, and I wont even say what we found on the sofa bed mattress…. my husband ended up taking that so my 15 year old wouldn’t have to sleep on it!

Ski lists belong to the hotel. Get out and you're already riding.
The girls at the front desk were very rude. There was a feeling of bullying, I had to call the manager.

Silver Creek Lodge is marked inaccurately on the map of Snowshoe. It is unwalkable from the town. This may be ok for the ski season, but in summer you are in a very inconvenient spot. The room was very old, no space to store food in the cupboards and very poorly furnished, especially with the high price tag in mind.
