So clean, comfortable, like an exceptional bedroom at home. Very inviting and homey. Desk for business, table with chairs for meals, cushioned chair for relaxing and watching TV, choice of mattresses (toward soft or toward firm, better quality than standard hotel mattresses), plenty of pillows, exceptional service from staff, quiet, several local restaurant choices, excellent heating/ac unit. Highly recommended, I will stay here again when in Beaver. Amazing value.

Front desk agent was very friendly and helpful.room was spotless! For a vintage motel, it was clean, comfortable and a good value. Loved being on ground floor and having our own carport right in front of the door. We will be back as we take this route often.

Staff was delightful. The bed was comfortable and shower had great water pressure. It was nice to have a fridge. We enjoyed eating our picnic dinner at the table beside the lit grassy area. Our stay was comfortable.
My opinion is that the pictures make the motel look nicer than it is. I think the cost should have been about half of what we paid. Perhaps since it was a special holiday in Beaver that night, the cost was indeed doubled. If we'd paid more like $100 for the room, we'd have been very satisfied.
