Posizione eccezionale! Praticamente nel viale principale di Ocean Drive!

I due signori alla reception sono stati poco cordiali e accoglienti per quanto riguarda il loro lavoro sono sicura che potrebbero fare di meglio! La signora invece che li alternava è stata eccellente

The location was fantastic along with the roof top pool. The view from our room was very beautiful

It seemed like no one checked the room and made sure it was prepared for guests. There was a moldy smell, the bed was not comfortable. We couldn't use the spa tub because yellow water was coming out of it, the rerigerator snd the Espresso machine were broken and on top of it all the ac broke the last 3 days we were there. The first night the brought us a fan and the next night we finally demanded to be switched to another room at 10pm after waiting all day for the technician to fix it. They switched us to a smaller room but didn't credit us the difference of rooms. They did refund booking.com 1 night stay but we have not seen that credit either

The location and the breakfast are TOP!

The deposit was charged to my creditcard. Tomorrow 2 weeks ago we left the hotel and the 200 dollar deposit has still not been reimburst! There is absolutely no reason to not pay us back.

Lacking in small details like nice higher-end toiletries. in fact there was no soap in the shower at all. Restaurant was sub-par for breakfast for the high price compared to others on the strip for similar price.

Location is fabulous. Right on ocean drive but a bit away from the rowdiness. Lovely breakfast. Quiet room. Good to have the pool.
