Our sink overflowed but was taken care of. We thought we would have at least gotten a free night for the inconvenience.

Door card would not allow entry a few times I spoke with front desk and they made two new entry cards. It was the actual door card mechanism that was failing

Location and value. It was clean and modern.

The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The shower had barely any water pressure and the bathroom sink was clogged and barely drained. The AC worked fine but the wall thermostat was broken. The breakfast was average at best. Bacon was undercooked and so thin you could see through it, eggs were tasteless. 2nd day eggs were scrambled and much better as was the sausage.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It was much nicer than I thought. I stopped staying at Best Western hotels years ago because they were awful. I might be inclined to try them now.

The cockroaches. We only had one in our room. But that was one too many.
