The breakfast was awesome! The selection of items offered was great. You could tell there was kitchen staff who cooked the food, and it was delicious. The breakfast staff was kind, courteous, and very helpful.
The front desk could not resolve a billing issue with Booking.com on their end, and it took about 30 minutes to resolve it with the general manager. The Hilton only cleans rooms every other day, so our room was never cleaned during our two day stay. The front desk clerk did bring up extra towels.

It's a great location downtown. It has very nice spacious rooms
The wi-fi was terrible, could not get online most of the time I was there. Also was not impressed with the breakfast options. No non-dairy provided.

Good location and clean room
Beds not that comfortable, shower pressure awful and AC very noisy. Lift was a bit worrying as well
