The hotel was affordable, well maintained, clean, and in a safe part of town. It was in a convenient location to food options, and downtown Casper.
The room smelled a little bit like cigarette smoke despite being in a non-smoking room. The parking lot had poor lighting, and there was no key entry from the parking lot door nearest the room. Had to go all the way around to the main entrance.

The property was huge and I absolutely loved that it was right on the river! Not to mention the 11 mile trail right there! It was such a great location I’ll definitely be back!

The staff
One not-so-friendly older front desk lady that said 'if you check out one minute past 11:00 am, I would be charged an additional (50$?).' Fortunately, when I asked another friendly front desk clerk, they said Noon would be no extra fee!

The breakfast was nice. The location was convenient. The staff was friendly.
Our participants did not feel comfortable. The hotel is outdated and abused. The maintenance budget seems to be missing. Several fixtures in the rooms were in disrepair. Not a wise long-term option for a conference.
