Comfortable warm room, reception was nice and breakfast was excellent. Checking and checkout was easy and it’s very close to Noma Metro station.

Parts of the location felt unsafe as a family travelling.

The room was way beyond expectations!! The view in the room was amazing, windows were huge. Bathroom was very clean and bright. The location was nice and felt safe having the hotel doors locked. Didn't get breakfast but grabbed juice on the way out. Great stay overall.

The front desk was hard to reach in the days leading up to the reservation I couldn't get through to confirm my reservation. The valet was a little hard to find as it was in the back of the hotel but wasn't too bad to figure out.

The location of the room is excellent for travelers with early train departures. It is also conveniently close to Union Market. I was pleasantly surprised that the pool was still open during my stay. Taking a dip and relaxing on the poolside loungers was a welcome way to unwind after a transatlantic flight. The room itself was spacious and tastefully decorated. It provided a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation.

One significant downside was the state of the bathroom. The toilet barely flushed, and it took an excessively long time for the tank to refill. Despite booking a room for three people, we were provided with towels and linens for only two. The bed was only partially made, and we had to arrange the pillows and duvet ourselves, which was unexpected. It was disappointing to find stained throw pillows in the room, which raised concerns about cleanliness and attention to detail. Another issue that added to the overall disappointment was the delay in receiving the refund for the damage deposit. According to the hotel's policy, the refund should have been processed within two weeks, but it's been over a month, and I have neither been contacted nor received any money.

Didn’t expect from Hyatt ..AC was not working and we asked to change the room ..the other room’s window was broken but we were already tired so thought to stay in that ..in midnight AC stopped working in other room as well ..we complained in morning and Everytime they said engineer is on his way ..till we checked out no one came to fixed the ac ..it was almost 100 degree in the room and my family was exhausted . We paid 50$ for the parking and the guy made us to wait for half an hour to bring our car ..never recommend this hotel to anyone ..really bad experience

Very nice hotel, the staff was amazing! The breakfast was a combination of hot and cold meals - eggs, sausages, cereals, fresh fruit-just amazing! Also juice, milk and hot coffee were.

The parking was very expensive, you can park in a nearby parking lot for 1/3 of the price. We parked on the street behind the McDonald’s and left by 9am (2h parking paid since 7am) so that was all good.

The breakfast was good.

Everything else was bad. Reserved a two bedroom with sofa bed but they didn't give us any sheets for the sofa bed and had to wait until 3:00 in the morning before we could get only two flat sheets for the sofa bed, no blanket, no fitted sheet, no pillow and one sheet had a hole in it.

The room was comfortable and big, staff was pleasant and the check out time was SO helpful! Wish we could have stayed longer to use the pool and other amenities. It's at a great distance from the metro and the center of DC!

The Air conditioner wasn't working when we got there, but was quickly fixed. The sink wasn't draining well. The 15th floor hallways was so hot!

A room onto New York Ave is REALLY noisy at night. The traffic noise and sirens are intense and, on a Saturday night, constant.
