The room was very cute; however, one 1900 vintage rocking chair was fun, but 2 real chairs to sit in would be nice.

Staff was friendly, very accommodating. Hotel was clean, conveniently located. Great fudge!

The hot tub spa was awesome.
There was no complimentary breakfast provided. Breakfast was available onsite but was costly. Very disappointing.
No small refrigerator in room.

the location is the best thing about this property. everything else could use some improvement

the towels and cheap, thin and scratchy. the walls are paper thin and in the morning the housekeeping is Loud! the Mexican restaurant just does not fit in with the theme of this property. it’s makes the property look cheap and tacky. plus the smell goes up into the hallways.

Location of the bed in the room. We had to sit on the edge of the bed to watch tv. That was awkward.

The hotel was located directly across the street from the ferry dock, which was a huge plus. This is an older hotel which has Friendly, helpful staff, comfy bed, good shower, quiet, just generally a really nice stay.
No complaints at all. Had a lovely stay.

Convenient location
The sink in our room was broke and the trash out by the elevator smelled very bad, it hadn’t been emptied the week we were there.
