The breakfast in the bag was nice, not great but I can’t complain. The TV was probably the best part of the room. It’s well lit on the property at night which makes me feel safer. Front Desk seemed friendly.
Dirty. They do the minimum when cleaning the rooms. Floors were sticky, desks and tables weren’t wiped down, the toilet had hair on it. The windows didn’t block out much. Ice bucket was GROSS, like it hadn’t been cleaned recently. The front door has a small gap that lets in hot/cold air and bugs and the door handle was sticky. WIFI didn’t work.

The property was nice but a bunch of things were broken in a room. The toilet seat refrigerator in the bathtub drain was clogged.

staff was friendly. Room was clean
Our room had an unpleasant smell. not sure if it was due to no one opening the windows for a long time or what it was. Also the towels were very grey and dingy.

Extremely clean and well equipped! Price was great and bed was comfy and rooms were very nice. The young lady who picked us up from the airport, also worked the front desk and brought a baby bed to our room, was awesome. Forgot her name Darnit, as this young lady is management material and represented the hotel beautifully!!!💕
We were in a regular and not handicapped room and the toilet was extremely low and hard to sit down on and then stand up and no rails to hold onto. The flooring in the pool area was extremely slippery when it got wet and I was so afraid I was going to fall in the area. But the pool area, pool, & jacuzzi were so clean and enjoyable!
