The location is ideal for surrounding hot spots, the room price point + facilities are perfect for a booked, on-the-go travelled looking to crash, shower + relax a bit.
No complaints!!

It was very conveniently located. And easy to navigate the city.
The room in the ad is not the room you get. It is in fact, much smaller.

The location is perfect if you’re looking to be near the Castro and have access to the train.
It’s older but that really wasn’t a problem. There’s also shared bathroom and showers so if you’re not used to that be prepared. But overall the staff were great.

Very nice front desk staff.
No elevator. Smelly room. Stained carpet. Door had to be locked to stay close. Mattress felt springy. The long hallways and the shared toilet and shower across the hall made it feel like an old tenement house.
