The on-site restaurants were amazing and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We utilized the shuttle services number of times, which was a nice convenience.
The lack of air conditioning was definitely something we didn’t like.

Didn’t have breakfast as the dinner I had there was excellent. Everyone was very attentive and happy. Enjoyed everything about my stay. Thank you!!
You really can’t change this, yet, it’s a good long walk to the central part of town.

Breakfast was good , staff was friendly, and helpful. Opened early and convenient location.
Long wait for shuttle on arrival. The shuttle was in poor condition on the inside. We set up shuttle for departure to ferry the next day. We went down early and sat down. Another guest came to tell us the shuttle was broken and we should call a cab. The front desk people were there and didn't bother to tell us. We took off walking to the ferry and luckily didn't miss our flight. We stayed there 2 years ago with no problems but lack of communication wasn't good this year.
