Clean and quiet. The young man who checked us in was very outgoing and helpful.

The gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to help my husband connect to the internet and gave us suggestions on the area. Very kind and professional.

Front desk staff was friendly in the room was pretty clean.

They don't have any handicap rooms with 2 beds on the first floor so in the event of an emergency I would have been stuck on the 4th floor where they placed us. They did not inform us of that until check in. I called prior and they said a first floor room would not be a problem. When they handed me my key card and said we were going to be on the fourth floor I almost had a full-blown panic attack. Also when we were gone on the first day and they came to replace our towels in the bathroom they set are clean towels on the floor instead of on the actual towel rack where they had been when we first arrived. The bathroom was really dirty didn't look like it had been mopped in a while. But the rest of the room was clean and tidy.
