Convenient, comfortable lodging.

We have stayed here before. Rooms are clean and comfortable and they take pets, as we travel with our dog sometimes. It is a convenient location from I5.

Clean, well appointed, good location

I missed breakfast by a couple of minutes because I did not know it closed so early. The pad lock on my door was broken.

A fun place for a family to enjoy the area.

Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were well-appointed and cleaned with care.

I won't stay here again.

Proximity to the interstate and downtown theaters.

Parking was atrocious. Large campers and moving trucks blocked parking spaces, and we couldn't find parking. The staff told us that rooms couldn't be cleaned after noon, but the maid was not available when we looked for her around 10:30 and 11am. Staff was surly, unhelpful, and too busy to answer questions or hear complaints. Condescending.

Disappointed

It was less than usual BWs. Hubby was disappointed no biscuits and gravy like last BW.

Coffee mate creamer is gross. Bugs in whole bathroom area. For $200 per room per nite this was unacceptable. Told front desk...response was ok we will have exterminator check it. That didn't help me now. And could not take showers!

Pool....BUT jacuzzi was not working

Bugs in bathroom area, dirty towel left on the back of bathroom door, no microwave in room. Not able to use jacuzzi (broken). Coffee mate for coffee...gross. No biscuits and gravy (ya i know petty) like last BW

We loved it at the Windsor Inn, and would stay there again if we ever needed to.

Easy check in and out friendly staff. Quiet and centrally located to the university and amenities. We were there for a graduation. The breakfast was great too, and we got all we needed at the front desk. You can request no maid service if you want to. Oh, and the hotel is so cute too! We loved it there.

Well… you need to pave the parking lot, and repaint the lines. Otherwise, I have nothing else negative to say.

Great place to stay while on the road

The motel is just a delight to stay in. Quiet, clean and a great place to stay if you have dogs. Breakfast was also great!

Delightful stay in a cozy, comfortable, clean and safe location close to I-5.

I feel so welcome staying at the Windsor Inn. The staff is very friendly and thoughtful to me and my dog, Winslow.

Although there is no microwave in the room, there is a very clean microwave for guests to use in the lobby.

Next time in the area, I’ll book there again.

Good breakfast. Very good customer service. A safe place, we left some of our luggage inside the car and it was all right the next morning. Our cat was welcome there!

Our room was not clean. We found toothpaste in the sink as well as random hair. Our door did not properly latch.

Wonderful stay at clean and welcoming hotel

The room was impeccable. So clean and cozy.

The coffee maker didn't work and the cleaning products used were a bit smelly.
