Old lumpy pillows. Room smelled strongly of cleaning products. Had to buy Glade spray. Person at front desk wouldn't come knock on room next to mine with loud TV or come with me, Sunday, November 13th at 2 AM. My daughter was upset that I knocked on the door by myself.

The furniture was filthy! And toilet was not clean!! Never will stay again. Wanted a different room and was refused!! This room was 200 dollars plus taxes!

Cockroach running across the floor, the pool looked like a pond when algae took over it was so green you couldnt see your hand a foot away, the breakfast was ok best thing was the cereal. The room phone was confusing to use.

Not much. The room smelled like cigarettes, the blankets had cigarette burns in them. The toilet was messed up. The staff was not friendly at all.
