The room was quiet and comfortable, appreciated the parking space, hosts were kind and helpful. Nice bed, lots of pillows and a great superfast wifi. Enjoyed my stay, thank you!

Le petit déjeuner était très bon. On a le choix entre un petit-déjeuner Anglais et un continental. C'est fait sur place et les croissants étaient corrects. Le lit était très confortable.
La chambre et la salle de bain étaient un peu petite. C'est un problème quand tu viens avec une grande valise. Il n'y a pas de place de parking pour tout le monde.

Hosts were very friendly and breakfast was great. Very clean and comfortable. Nice to be able to make a cup of tea in the room. Location handy to dinner options and shops. Was a great base for New Forest area activities.

Nick and Judith were the perfect hosts at this lovely Bed & Breakfast situated in the middle of the New Forest Area. Easy street parking with restaurants and pubs close by. Very clean, tea and coffee in room, good internet and good breakfast in the morning. They were so kind as to provide dinosaur plate and cutlery for our daughter. Nick waited for us past check in time since our flight was delayed. Will hopefully stay again in the near future.

Good spacious clean room. Great breakfast with good choices. Helpful and pleasant host. Good to be able to park for free on site and also we were able to leave our car there for a couple of hours after check-out which we appreciated.
The texts we received before our visit were somewhat impersonal as they were not from a named person which seemed strange. Linked to this the host did not introduce himself when we arrived although, as mentioned he was helpful.
As the building is very near to the town centre do allow an extra 15 minutes by car to get to the site due to the traffic through the town.

Very nice house and accomodation. The breakfast was well cooked and plentiful. The hoste and hostess were kind and friendly.
Parking facilities are insufficient for all guests if they all have cars. Parking is on a first come basis, although the road outside is not busy and can offer additional space if required.

Breakfast was excellent with a good choice. The room was very comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgable.

Excellent location as within walking distance of the centre of Lyndhurst. Friendly owners who gave us suggestions of where to eat in the evening. Room was clean and comfortable. Good home cooked breakfast too

Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good and the location was ideal with easy walking to shops, particularly the local co-op. On site parking was also available.
There is lots of traffic on the A337 just in front of the property. Our room was small, but well equipped and adequate.

lovely biscuits . most rooms tastefully decorated
the decorations in our bedroom did not look like the picture of one one we booked . there was only one chair .
there is no where ( other than in your room to relax and only 2 chairs in the area of the garden which we were slowed to use. this is a shame as we were a group of 4 on the last day.

Lyndhurst is a lovely town and the accommodation was both spotless and very comfortable. Our host and hostess were delightful and we will certainly be returning.
Some fresh fruit at breakfast would have been nice but apart from that everything was perfect.
